ACCOUNTING (OUTSOURCE)

Accounting services simply include bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, closings, e-file tax returns and social security declarations. Those services will involve:

  • Preparation of the accounting records (ie. bookkeeping), balance sheet and income statement in accordance with the Turkish accounting and tax legislations
  • Preparation and submission (for monthly periods) of the declaration of withholding taxes
  • Preparation and submission (for monthly periods) of the declaration of value added taxes
  • Preparation and submission (for quarterly periods) of the advance corporate tax returns
  • Preparation and submission of the (annual) corporate tax returns
  • Preparation of the payrolls of the employees
  • Preparation and submission of the relevant social security declarations
  • Representing the Company under tax office and social security institution when necessary
